The best peperoni I have ever had.

We bought this first last July; it got overheated and was all sweaty and wet inside its paper wrap, inside the plastic bag, which is inside the outer bag...by the time we opened it, it was so funky we couldn't do much with it. Reordered in Winter, and it's a winner!! No issues; just a firmly slidable, well-seasoned salami made w lamb, rosemary, and garlic. The flavor is balanced and delicious; you really taste all three. The texture, firm and easy to slice, but not too lean. Very nice!! Will try the other flavors!!

Really liked the taste but too dry

This salami slaps!! The San Fran is my favorite, but the Tuscano hot is a close second. No nitrates baby, eat guilt free!! I've ordered maybe 10 so far, really great stuff.

We bought a ton of this for Christmas Gift Baskets and are very disappointed in the flavor. Too tangy and sour, almost as if it's spoiled.

Good meat content, quality product. Good texture as well, I prefer this company over others. However, this wasn’t my favorite flavor. I believe the other flavors are better value for money. If i’m gonna spend this much, there are better options to choose from.
