I highly recommend this all natural product. I started taking one scoop in the morning and one before bed. First thing I noticed is that I felt more rested in the morning. Second thing I noticed was when I took a work trip. I usually always have to deal with the pressure changes when I fly. Sometimes it took a couple days to get over and often were painful. This trip consisted of 4 flights and not once did I experience where my ears were popping or anything related to pressure changes. I've been taking this now for a month and let me tell you I feel amazing .way more energy sleeping better and having more dreams ...it was recommended to me and works .... buy it , it will change your health and life... UPDATE 4/26/24. been taking this for 8 months ITS GREAT .I now have my daughter and my wife on it ALSO .love it. Wifey had 2nd degree burns from cooking .she took it 2 or 3 times a day. Her doctor was amazed how fast her burns healed ..
