Excellent baby monitor , a real bargain , with really clear picture on the screen and easy to use parent monitor with many features such as lullabies , temp monitoring , talking through unit to camera end to baby if needed etc . It is far better than a more expensive brand initially bought and sent back as picture quality wasn’t good , the hello baby however has excellent picture quality and sound is clear as can be . Don’t hesitate to buy it !N/b - the aerial on the camera did break off accidentally after 10 months ( probably in transit , when we packed it and took on holiday with us ) . It still worked but could drop the WiFi signal , so I contacted customer services to discuss getting a new part and they went above and beyond and sent me a new monitor and camera completely free . I wasn’t expecting this but was so grateful as I now do not need to worry about the signal dropping out anymore . This monitor is really great and I was so pleased to get a replacement , it arrived in just a few days ! 10 out of 10

We have been using this monitor and camera with all of our children and we love the full camera view it gives and the clear picture on the monitor - easy to mount on the wall above cot so you can see your baby brilliantly. Its great value for a camera of this quality and you can also use 1 monitor for different cameras in each bedroom. We find the lullaby function really helpful too and times off so you don't need to remember to turn it off (and it isn't too loud which Ive experienced previously). Lots of great functions with this monitor - I highly recommend!

We have only had the camera for a short time but we are really impressed. The pan and tilt is so helpful as our toddler is such a mover in her sleep! Really helpful that you can connect up to 4 cameras as we are about to have our second baby and will eventually need to add another camera. The monitor screen size is brilliant. The picture quality is very good, I do wish it was a little clearer/less blurry, but it does the job perfectly.

For the price this is an amazing piece of kit. I used to have a BT monitor (black and white screen and no controls to turn camera remotely) and that was double the price. This is way better in my opinion and had it for 5 months now. Simple controls to angle the camera if your child moves while sleeping.It's sturdy as well, my eldest dropped the camera on the floor (twice!) and thankfully still fine.We live in a 3 storey townhouse and the signal was strong with no issues with baby on top floor and us bottom. Even in the garden.Even used it on holiday and easy, a case of plug in and turn on. When needed to be connected to socket the cable is a decent length to position it conveniently.

After a couple of weeks this no longer works, you can’t see the baby’s room as there is constantly some kind of black, pink or blue patch over the screen. Prior to the Amazon return window closing I contacted the company via the link on Amazon and advised them of same- they said no problem we will send you another and I thought great, thank you! HOWEVER, when the Amazon return window closed they reneged and stated they wouldn’t send me another as I didn’t have a UK address and couldn’t deliver anywhere else because of “brexit” so Amazon can send it to me when I order but they cannot when the item is faulty? They don’t even see “hello, sorry for the inconvenience or goodbye” in their emails- only “please send us your UK address” repeatedly despite me saying I do not have one. So now they are refusing to send me a replacement and I cannot return it to Amazon as the window has closed by a couple of days. This doesn’t even deserve one star, I have literally thrown money away. An absolute waste.**EDIT: after much back and forth the company have agreed to refund me, which is much appreciated after everything.

This is good and the price has been set at a sensible level.Picture excellent. Sound good. Pan and tilt great. Distance excellent. Night vew good.I have tried this as a monitoring device in the garage, garden and road so it should work for baby monitoring.

We’ve had this for a year now so can confidently say this is really a great monitor. The sound and picture quality is better than the vtech one we had previously and the functions are exactly what we need. Our favourite part is the cameras ability to move so if needed, we can look around the room - it covers every angle! And the power saving mode is fab too. One full charge lasts such a long time, again far superior to the vtech one we had previously which mostly needed to be used whilst plugged in.
