Cheap parts used, quality not worth the price. Only ride for few days after the parts start to have problems have to take it to bike shop to fix. The staff said that the material of this bike is not worth the price saying that I should return it. After contacted seller to return the bike they made a lot of excuses not to let me return until I went to file a complaint What a horrible experience

Excellent value and a great bike for a first timer. I did get someone to help me assemble it, but from then on I was flying. Very good value for money.

My partner uses this to commute & found his 30 minute journey was easily covered by a full charge. As stated by others, the handle bars cannot be raised but you could always buy a replacement if you needed the extra height. He's 5ft 11 but shorter in the leg & the positioning was fine for him. Saddle apparently is very comfortable & looks well padded. Comes with a sturdy stand & battery easy to take out to charge. Some assembly is required, as expected, but as first time users of an electric bike we're very impressed, especially with the price tag. It has 3 options for speed, 1 is lower assistance, 2 gives you a bit more help & 3 appears to be like warp speed. Adjust the breaks to your liking, no manual but you tube was easy to follow, also comes with cruise control ! We'd definitely recommend this bike.

Im 5"4 large woman easily get on and off the bike it's brilliant for hills and other outing with the kids and hubby I can keep up with them now not all waiting on top of the hill watching me walk up like the black but wish they done a lady colour like teal or blues fab bit of kit going to get my 13 year old one for Xmas I say fit 5"3 to 5"8 as handles don't adjust but seat does defo worth a buy I'f your looking for a cheap ebike

EDIT: After a few weeks now, i have realised you can NOT raise the handle bars, which makes riding it hard and is starting to hurt my wrists due to leaning down and over so far, you can buy a separate bit to raise the handle bars, which is what i have done, but its still not as high as i would like, i think the handle bars are to far away as well.Only had this a few hours and seems to work great, I weight 18.8 stone and it's working great for me. As seen in the video the handle bars and forks wiggle slightly, so idea if that's normal as all screws are tight?, there also seems to be no way to rise the handle bars?. To put the front light on you have to hold the + button, if your hold down the - button the motor kicks in without pending, but goes slow so i assume that's a walking mode or something?
