Fairly easy to use. Read the reviews re: settings as be cautious. When using varying program mode it can really jolt you when the program changes. Definitely eases pain if not a good kind of massage as well. The black pads area is comfortable but when dampened or wiped as instructed - black colour comes off (bit like charcoal) so be wary. And adhesive patches covering the wire connectors can come off - care when wiping with tissue as tissue can get stuck to adhesive bits - pain to get off. Care when using in single massage mode as 25 minutes can make it uncomfortable and feel worse esp on higher setting.

I have recently been suffering from a stiffness behind the knee, causing pain tenderness, which I put down to lack of activity during the 'Lockdowns". A friend recommended I try a TENS machine.I chose this product as replacement pads are not required. The built-in pads are just right and only need a little water on them to enable conductivity of the electrical pulses. I have been amazed at how immediate the relief is. After my first session I could move more easily and after use for 5 days I have flexibility and movement in my knee again - with no pain!.I find Level 15, of the 20 levels available, to be right for me and Program B is my favourite. Program B is a 25 minute session and works at 4 impulses per second. I did not find Program A to be the problem noted by a previous purchaser, where - after 10 minutes there is a step-up in intensity (but I just dropped to level 14 at that point) there is then a step-down to a relaxing massage setting at 20 minutes - where I increased the intensity again. Program A is a 30 minute session.The material is a quality fabric and will last. Adjustable velcro straps mean that it can be used on a vast range of body sizes.Sit, relax, enjoy. Use it when writing emails, reading or watching tv. You can use it whilst walking around and the control box has a clip for attaching to clothes but if using on your knee it is a bit bulky thus restricting movement.I would recommend this product.

This is very easy to use, just wet your leg or arm and also dampen the pads. It has very good and easy to use programs, just be careful as some of the intensitivity can be very strong from 15 and upwards, especially the pulsing on program A, after the first 10 mins, it kicks in but its easy to reduce it.I have only rated the pain with 3 stars because its a bit difficult to tell as I've only just started using it.I currently use it 4 times a day. 3 to 4 hour intervals.Im hoping it helps as i got a bad operation and im trying to regenerate the nerves, that were damaged.It's well worth the money.

It was working amazingly well. Then it stopped working 5days after I got it. Extreamly disappointed.

As soon as this came got it out and on my knee it went! One thing for sure I had to be careful mashing the intensity button while I was turning it up until I could feel something next thing it was going higher by itself! Just press until you hear a beep a little at a time… don’t wanna blow your kneecaps off!But overall I love it already! I needed something to sort of massage and stimulate my knees while I’m mostly off my feet due to my injury until I await my MRI results I could fall asleep with this thing on but don’t worry it has a timer so I won’t wake up and my knee will have a six pack!
