Battery doesn’t hold charge
I’ve used it less than 5times and the battery doesn’t hold charge and have to use it whilst on charge

Makes self grooming a joy. The range of cutting depth guides supplied is good for any beard. Remove the guide and it becomes a great detailing tool. Battery charges quickly and lasts a long time. Have been using daily for more than 10 weeks and have only made one precautionary maybe unnecessary charge before travelling.

Battery unreliable
Worked absolutely fine until battery ran out, charged the battery and when I tried to add it back in it sparked continuously with blue sparks coming off the battery/connection. May just be my one, but won’t be using again because of this

Doesn't work
Item arrived quick but doesn't work at all. Tried to charge the cell that comes with it, but it is so light and empty it can hold any charge. Avoid
