It does work, but you can defeat it. Vitamin enthusiasts say it is about as far as you can go. The nest step is starvation with exercise!

My main reason for taking this supplement is to help curb my appetite; however, I cannot say that this product does that consistently. Sometimes, when taking I am not as hungry, but other times, I am ravenous. Therefore, if you are planning on taking this an appetite suppressant, just know that it is not a miracle worker. However, if taking for general overall health, it is easy to swallow and has no caused me any negative issues.

I’ve used the medication before, but this version of it is ineffective, feeling more like an appetite stimulant rather than a suppressant.
