I was hesitant to place the order initially. However when the product arrived and fixed it to my Fitbit charge , these initial doubts evaporated. All 3 straps are great . The price is perhaps the lowest. It is a great product and suggested it to my friends

Silicon strap is not as soft as the original charge 5 strap
Silicon strap is not as soft as the original charge 5 strap, there was no option to select the size (S , L) as shown in the display pics. I got a big size strap but wanted small size. No option of exchange also, so stuck with the big straps.

Substandard quality
Bought it one week back and started using it the same day. The belt has already started showing signs of wear and tear. The lock keeps coming off everytime i try to remove my fitbit. The only plus about the product is the cost.
