LOVE it. I rarely have fresh ginger around, so this stuff is gold to me.

My wife and I like to cook a lot of curry and stir fry. Although we try to use fresh ingredients as much as we can, sometimes after a long day of work it’s really convenient to simply add some of this paste.It’s fragrant, and makes my kitchen smell great every time I use it. It also has a short ingredients list of just ‘Organic Ginger, Organic Garlic, Organic Sunflower Oil’ – no preservatives or other strange surprises.I also love that it’s USDA Certified Organic. It’s quite a large jar and a little seems to go a long way. So for around $12, it seems reasonably priced to me. Possibly a little on the pricey side.

I'm used to using Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic. This garlic paste is quite a bit weaker in flavor and smell than the crushed garlic. Have to use twice as much of this to get the same garlic flavor that Christopher Ranch crushed garlic imparts.

I have been wanting to make ginger snaps for a bit so I figured I would get some ginger paste to use and when I saw this I figured why not. It arrived just fine with no spills or breaks. Getting it out and opening the jar you are hit with the smell of ginger which I love. I got the other ingredients ready and a bit of this and made the cookies. They were phenomenal the only way they could have been better is if it was a nice crisp fall morning. All in all, this paste worked really well for me.

My meals are probably not as well planned as they should be and sometimes, I am just throwing something together. I hardly ever have fresh ginger and garlic at all times but having this Ginger Garlic Paste on hand helps bring a meal together. I can always make a quick stir fry; with things I have on hand and add this to my sauce blend. The jar will last me a long time and I am sure I will find many uses for it.

This container of the ginger garlic paste is way better than I imagined. I normally use garlic paste when I’m cooking so even though it was my first time trying the flavor garlic paste but I should say it’s way better than what I expected especially this ginger flavor. The quality is great and I think if you like ginger flavor, you would love using this paste for cooking as it would add great flavor to your food.
