Where do I start🤷 it was packaged well, I opened tried to get everything hooked up together and I was unsuccessful in my efforts, the mouse never worked, I tried to download the Microsoft 365 so on it that never worked. I took it on my trip needed to do some work it ran slow I was never able to use the tablet past it continued to cut off I'm very disappointed with this product. The screen started to show lines as if it was cracked SMH I'm not very happy it was very low in memory the color was perfect was not worth the money I paid for this item the Touch screen did work on the item.

I got this to try just as a secondary monitor for my home security cameras and other home automation apps. I did have problems with one app in trying to install it that Play store said wasn't available for it. But I contacted the App author and they were able to make a change that allowed it to be installed (possible due to it being Android 11(?).)My only gripe with it is that when you press the Overview button, it has a "Snapshot" button on that screen instead of a "Close All" button like I've seen on every other Android device. I don't know why you would need a Snapshot button the screens have been minimized in the Overview display. I really miss not having a close all button. That's the only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating.I do miss that I can't find any silicon/rubber case for it, just to make it a little easier to hold on to when carrying it. Had to get a bi-fold leather type case for it, which works but is an overkill for what I would have liked.Operational wise it was very easy to setup just following the initial screen prompts. Didn't have any of the issues like others had reported.Edit: Lasted less than 2 months. The Wi-Fi on it kept going out, wouldn't connect and wouldn't even see any networks available. Since it's past the 30 day Amazon return period, contacted seller. They said they would replace it but I have to ship it back first (adding another $15.38 to the over all price now). Will see if the replacement one works any longer once I get it. Knocking it down another star for this.
