Great magnesium chews. They help me at night for relaxing and help with soothing muscles. I love the big bottle of these. They are individually wrapped, which is great for traveling. The taste is okay.

I purchase these over and over. I swear by these. 2 nightly. I never let myself run out. Amazon is the cheapest place I’ve found.

Nice magnesium blend that taste good
I love this gummies version of supplements. I love that they come individually wrapped is so much easy to carry and travel with, since the container is huge. The taste is fantastic! Is a much fun way to consume supplements. In terms of effectiveness, it improves my sleep quality and relaxation at night. The fact that it has a blend of magnesium glycinate and citrate of 330mg without having to overdose was what first called my attention. I will definetely keep consuming this since I notice the difference with the first use. My husband loves it too, and since they are gummies he likes it even more.

Orange cream ones tasted way better better
Good way to get magnesium but the orange ones tasted way better than these. These have weird gritty taste vs the orange ones are smooth and like eating a treat.

Taste terrible.
I can't get past the medicine-like taste with a terrible aftertaste. I need to take a lozenge afterward to get rid of it.So, I'll be sticking with Nature Made or less expensive store brand 400 mg capsules or softgels, which deliver 95% of the recommended daily value of magnesium. Suffering through chewing two of these things delivers only 79%.Meh and yuck.⭐️1 star — I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars — I don't recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars — It's passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars — Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars — Product that I totally recommend.
