Wow! I was super skeptical about these but they are my new best friend!!! I chewed 2 on the first day I got them and noticed 30 minutes later that I was very relaxed. I take them every night about 30 minutes before bed and sleep through the night.

I completely wasted my money on these!! The taste is nothing like berry flavor. The texture of the chews is not what I expected in a chew. I couldn't stand to eat them. They are still sitting in my cabinet going to waste. The only good thing about them is how each chew is individually wrapped and not sticking to each other like gummies do. I never got to eat enough of them to say if they even work.
