Amazing product and company
I have been using wee sprout cups for over a year. They are the ideal cup for toddlers and bigger kids alike. They keep the drinks cold, are basically in breakable and dishwasher safe. After a constant use, the straws needed replacing and the company sent out replacements, no questions asked. I am very impressed with the quality, customer service and care. Definitely recommend

Good cups
Got these because I am getting away from plastics. My 1 year old's water tastes so much better out of stainless steel cups. Drinks stay cold longer. They do leak out of straw hole if you turn it upside down and hold it, which is unavoidable. Only a tiny amount drops out. The staw is very snug in the lid hole. So far we love these and he has no problem holding them.

Use daily, no complaints
These cups are A++ products. The silicone sleeves and straws are sturdy enough to survive two toddlers that like to throw and chew these cups. The cups actually look as good as new even after a year of use. The top seal is good as long as the cup isn’t tipped. So these are not spill proof or toddler naughtiness proof. But they are perfect cups in all other aspects. These are the best SS cups I have tried - and I have tried quite a few.

Great for small hands!
I ordered these for my 2 year old and 5 year old. We’ve had them a few months now and they still look like new! I love that the silicone easily comes off to clean, and the stainless steel keeps the beverages cold. They come with the 2 types of lids, and I’ve sent the closed lid with a smoothie in it in my child’s lunch box. And then he opens it and puts in a straw himself at school and it works well. I will say, because there’s a stopper for the straw to not be pulled out (which is so great because my kids always pull the straws out) it makes the liquid come out of the top of the straw and spill all over where it was sitting. Idk why it does that but I hope they fix it!

Great company!
We love these cups for their quality. They’re great for our toddler and we love that they’re a plastic alternative choice. They have great durability & seal, we throw them in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, and they’re easy to drink from. They don’t leak. We received one cup with a tiny flaw and customer service was quick to respond and replace the damaged item. We will continue to buy from this company.

UPDATE: Great Customer Service, But Problem Not Fully Solved
UPDATE: WeeSprout customer service took about a week or so to reach out to me after I tried contacting them twice via website. They refunded my order and without a word, sent a whole new set to me with a handwritten card. For their desire to make things right, I have to say that they are a 5-star on that. However, the second set of cups still had leaking issues and they didn’t quite address my initial questions about how to stop the leakage. What my husband and I found that almost 100% works is to put TWO silicone gaskets into one lid to stop the leakage. Makes you wonder if they only provided thicker gaskets in the first place, it might solve this repeated issue. For people who complained about the small hole in the straw lids, it’s needed to help with ventilation, so it can’t be helped. Hope this helps. WeeSprout, thanks for the quick response, but perhaps consider thicker silicone gaskets for your lids, as that would help with leakage put you on the top of the list for kid cups in my book!ORIGINAL REVIEW: We loved these WeeSprout cups at first, but wouldn’t recommend them now at all to friends with kids. Initially, they were almost spill-proof with the straw as well as using the lid without the straw hole (we’ve stored a number of baby food and snacks for travel, both wet and dry kinds in it). We trusted it so much, we even carried my toddler’s beloved but smelly sardines in them. We always used top rack to wash the lids, silicone gaskets, straws and cups.Unfortunately, within a month or less, they started to leak. At first, I thought it was just my toddler’s user error while drinking milk, but it would still leak around the sides as she drank, even at a slight angle. I would check the silicone gasket and matter how tightly I would turn the cups, they would still leak, whether it was the straw hole type of lid or the one without the holes. The last “straw” was when one cup leaked and completely soaked our carry-out bag with milk last Sunday and left a mess behind. At this point, I can’t really trust these cups anymore for carrying anything on the go.It’s a shame because we’ve enjoyed their other product (the pouches), but this one didn’t quite cut it. I reached out to the WeeSprout team via their website but haven’t heard back about suggestions or fixes. It’s just odd to me how these go from doing so well to so badly in a month. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Great product but even better customer service!
Everything about this product is great - easy to clean, simple but sturdy construction, cute colors, and durable enough to handle a rambunctious toddler. Unfortunately one of the silicone sleeves was damaged, so I requested one replacement sleeve. They ended up going above and beyond to amend the situation! They were quick, helpful, and friendly in their service. I was already a fan of their product but the customer service has ensured that I'll be buying from them again!

Functional and cute!
My family loves these! We have the larger, 12oz size, for water and the smaller, 8 oz size, for smoothies. We've had our oldest set for over a year and they still work great. I'm not worried about my son's drinks sitting in plastic and the seal on the lid is tight so spilling is minimized (there is a straw, as with any cup, so if he tries hard he can get a little out). Super sturdy and would suggest them to anyone looking for a stainless steel kid cup!WeeSprout was also very kind and sent me new straws at no cost after my son chewed enough to split the straw at the seam. It took over a year of constant, daily use for that to even happen. He loves the cups so much he essentially uses the straw as a pacifier.
