I bought this to replace my worn out cloth belt, puchased 5 years ago.Initial reactions: very comfortable, easy to strap on. Pouch holds catheter securely, BUT Velcro was extremely difficult to open. Hopefully this loosens up over time.

Soft on my sensitive skin
Of the four different ones I tried, this one is both soft on my sensitive skin and can be made small enough to fit my shrinking waist.

Good product, works as needed.
Secures the catheter from getting tugged or pulled. The mesh type of fabric lets it breathe, and minimizes sweat and intching.I'm "rounder" than I should be and it tends to slide/roll up or down from the perfect position, but I guess that's more of a problem with me rather than the belt.Will be buying a second to alternate when one goes into to wash.

Not impressed
I have large belly and all this did was ride up all the time. Hated it and put it in my "File13" pile. Would not recommend it if you have a large waist.
