Look and feel:Immediately I felt it and it feels NICE, not like cheap plastic, matte with a nice golden metal design.Usage:The power is great, you won't need more than these power settings to dry even the wettest of hair very fast. Just make sure your power outlet is compatible with 2400 W.The company seems trustable and I'm very happy with the purchase so far!
