I am very pleased with it. I bought it during the Prime Day sale, and it was delivered on the hottest day of the year. It has 4 speed settings that are quite adequate, a responsive remote, and a well-designed round base that makes the fan very stable. The only reason I deducted a star is that I wish the materials were a bit sturdier.The upgrade to 5 stars is for the after-sales customer service which has been excellent – Lenny was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately and the star is due to the efficiency and speed of resolution. This product is definitely worth it.

This fan was easy to put together and works very well. The variety of fan speeds is good to have a choice of, the oscillation range is convenient and the remote control is really handy. It is quiet for a fan so we don't have to turn the tv up when it's in operation, and it doesn't disturb one's sleep.

I’ve tried to return this but the seller won’t issue a reply paid return and it’s too big and heavy for me to pay for the return. So I decided to keep it although it is too big for the bedroom I’d bought it for. I’ve put it all together but now I’ve put it on I'm going to have to give it away. It IS NOT ultra quiet. It is loud even on the quietest sleep mode. It is very cheap plastic, it shakes when it is on and is totally unsuitable for bedroom use which is how it is advertised unless you have a huge bedroom and can sleep through the noise.I phoned Amazon twice and messaged countless times about this. Very very unhappy.

Been looking for ages for a decent fan, (previously had tower fans) settled on this, not disappointed, infact we have just ordered another for upstairs. Instructions book wasn't great, but don't take a genius to figure it out without the book, fairly simple to put together. Remote is a great edition but if ever lost or anything the control's are on the base of fan (hand free operation, do it with your foot 😀). Some might think the adjustable length at its highest is to short but I don't, perfect for sitting/laying in bed height. Not to noisy 😀, i've owned nosier, you have to expect a bit anyway. The settings are good from soft to strong, actually blowing my living room curtains 😀, timer function will be good for sleeping. Definitely keeping things cool, wether oscilating or in one position, (we have oscilating) feeling much better with this on 😀. As I said second one on the way. Will not go back to tower fans. The remote on this item is not working and i don't have this fan for a full two months which is not good

I got this fan for my bedroom and it's wonderful 5 blades witch it gives u turbo cooler air ...well worth it and easy to put together.

Only three stars because it arrived in more pieces than I cared to count and I considered returning it. I was so cross that the manufacturer has the nerve to send it out like that and charge the price they do. My neighbour put it together for me but even the fan blades are plastic and I still really don’t like it. It’s got a black rim which is ugly in my opinion but I still have it because at the time it was very hot weather and I needed it but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.
