Very Firm
I was very excited to get my feather & down st regis pillows. I think it may depend on how you sleep but these are very firm and after day 2 I had a stiff neck. I think I may prefer a softer pillow.It wouldnt be so bad but it really gave me no neck support. more like sleeping on a brick. I will try washing them to see if they loosen up a bit

Don’t buy it!
I understand this is a down pillow. However, it is unacceptable. You can’t sleep well with this pillow, because the down keep coming out like a needle.
