I normally wear a size 6 in underwear. I initially purchased these in size 6, even though I saw the words, "Amazon Recommends size 9 for you" underneath the listing. I just disregarded that as computer error because there's no way I'm a size 9. I'm a size 6 - I literally just bought Jockey brand underwear in a 6 and they fit perfectly (although Amazon recommended size 6 for me in those Jockey underwear). Anyway, so I disregard the recommended size and bought the 6 .... they show up and looked like the right size out of the package, so I washed and dried them. Well, they are cotton, so they SHRUNK big time. I mean they came out of the dryer looking like they would fit a 5 year old child. I almost laughed out loud. So ... I went to the listing to see if I missed something and that's when I once again saw the words "Amazon Recommends Size 9 for you" below the listing, and I remembered how I disregarded that. Shoot. So .... i ordered the size 9 underwear. They showed up and I opened the package and they looked HUGE! But I washed and dried them, and lo and behold they came out of the dryer (I dry on High/Hot) ... and they fit me perfectly! Lol!!! Okay .... so the take away message is .... always follow the "Amazon Recommends" sizing! And now that they fit properly, I can say that they are soft and comfortable, and I really like them a lot. Would purchase again!

The sizing is technically right, but the cotton is hard and unstretchy. Also, their briefs fit like other companies bikinis or low rise, so they tend to roll down and not sit where they should. In all, a disappointing waste of money.

All marked same size but the prints were definitely smaller.

Hi-Cut (aka French Cut) is so hard to find anymore, so I was happy to have found these in my size and quickly ordered them! Unfortunately, when they arrived, I was very disappointed. I followed their sizing chart, which says a size 11 is for 22w/24w. I've been a 22w for a long time now, and the last few times I've worn this brand in this style, size 11 fit pretty well, just a tad roomy on me, not enough to fall down or anything, but not snug. THIS time, though, that was not the case! I'm still a 22w, so I'm guessing they must be incorrectly labeled or something, because these were not just snug, but VERY tight--uncomfortably so! Also, I was not impressed this time around with the quality. The stitching didn't seem sturdy, and the waistband didn't want to stretch easily, like old elastic or something. The material wasn't nice and soft like previously. Just not happy with these AT ALL!

I have been wearing these for years, and they are suddenly impossible to find in the usual brick and mortar stores. Even the Hanes website is almost always out of stock for these. These are comfortable, breathable, and what I like to refer to as not being crack-ups, meaning, they won’t constantly be up your crack! They last quite a long time, and wash and dry easily. Highly recommend anyone looking for basic cotton underwear that is slightly less granny panty than other cotton plus size drawers/drawls. Good value for good undies!
