These are sooooo good! I put them on automatic delivery. They have a sort of garlic-molasses flavor. You can just pop one out, peel it and munch down. They are fairly low calorie and great for a snack and side dish.

We had a recipe calling for black garlic but couldn’t find it anywhere. This garlic is excellent! Great flavor! Milder than most regular garlic.
