When I first took these I was a little scared after about 2 hours my stomach started cramping as if I was on my period i sat on the toilet for about 3 hours after taking his medication I was back and forth to the bathroom a lot the next day when I took them again I had the cramping feeling but I was not on the toilet anymore I just was really gassy the third day I took them I had no symptoms but then I started tasting the appetite of the pills they seem to be working very well I really like them I just hate the taste of them and the plastic feeling in my mouth they do have a nice earthy smell to them there's not a smell that makes you gag it's like going outside and smelling the garden these pills are great if you have digestive problems after taking them I started feeling the tightness in my stomach ease up I stopped taking it for a week and decided to try again with a little bit of sea moss and again I was back on the toilet so be aware don't take these the first day if you got to go to work take him on the weekend let me get to your system and then continue taking them after that I recommend you take for food to ease down some of the cramping
