After my spinal surgery, I have purchased various support belts from various manufacturers.They are a waste of money.Mueller produces the best belts that fit best, do not curl outward and provide the best support.I am not affiliated with Mueller in any manner other than being a customer with a bad back.You might want to do a search for an anesthesiologist with a sub-specialty in Interventional Pain Management.This is an anesthesiologist with a specialty in Pain Management.That minimally invasive injection into my back helped immensely.

It arrived quickly yeah it fits well. I do like it.

I'm a short, fat woman with sciatica. It's hard to find a brace that will fit me, and I've tried a few. My physical therapist recommended this one and it's a keeper.It is a bit long for my torso, but just about every brace I've tried is, so that's not unexpected. The bottom 1/2" or so will sometimes roll up, but that's easy enough to deal with. I need a bit more support on one side so the ability to not only adjust the overall fit, but to also pull the sides tighter individually has been a great feature. I took out the lumbar pad but I could see it was sturdy and well-made and would probably stand up to quite a bit of wear.I live in Texas and it's summer, so I was pleased to see how well this thing breathes. It's not so cool that you can completely ignore it, but it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a sauna around my waist, either. It also dries quickly when damp.

I developed sciatica, and lower back pain. Got this hoping it would help me to correct some of my posture, and it honestly made by back hurt even more. My PT said that many of these back braces don't work and they end up causing more pain, which was consistent with my experience. I wouldn't reccomend it. You're better off using the medical tape on the back to help you correct posture through tension/resistance and working your muscles than you are relying on this thing.

This product was indispensable when I fractured my back to give me excellent support and protection in the injured area. I wore it for 3 months daily as my back healed. It is comfortable to wear and provides excellent support.

I have other Mueller products and love them. This product was different. The shape of it is not natural for a back. It’s too flat. I have a different brand one that fits better. It is cream colored and I wanted a black brace. I’m sorry that this one just won’t work. It is uncomfortable and unnatural.

I bought this for pickleball. It works great on my back pain hit does not stay in place when I play. I think it is just more than I really need. I love the help it gives me but I am always fidgeting with it.

They all seem to offer good support, but fit is really important for lumbar support
