I found it comfortable and easy to use. I really like the option to connect it to the airplane seat head rest and the optional chin strap to keep my head from falling forward when sleeping. The flight went faster since I slept for good part of it and this never happened with others that I have tried. I also found the case very helpful to compact the pillow so it fit in my nearly full backpack.

I have FINALLY found THE BEST neck pillow for my neck/head size.It arrived nicely packaged, a testament to care of items this company puts out.I don't travel but sleep in upright position in a recliner due to health reasons, so I have spent a small fortune looking for just the support I need for my head, neck and ears! This is PERFECT!The chin strap makes all the difference in the world! Many variations to use and chin strap position, which is a game changer for such a simple addition that most other neck pillows don't offerNoone likes their chin dropping to their chest while sleeping, especially completely upright. Since I don't travel, I can imagine this would be ideal for airplane, vehicle and bus travel as well since it has straps on the back to attach to a headrest if wanted/needed.The memory foam arrived WITHOUT ANY SMELL AT ALL! Many other neck pillows I have bought have arrived so stinky from the type of memory foam used that they ended up thrown out, but this one has absolutely NO SMELL from memory foam used!It goes around my neck well and the back part where ones neck is, the memory foam is super thin so it doesn't push your head forward like MANY neck pillows do! This supports in a natural position without pushing on your neck! HUGE PLUS!!It conforms to my neck and ears without being too tight or too loose. I position it sometimes to where the sides go up over my ears so it helps tremendously to reduce surrounding noises! Love that feature!Best of all, I finally have a PERFECT NECK PILLOW for my daily upright position sleeping needs!!I'm buying another as a backup since I wouldn't want this one to wear out from daily use and not be able to find another identical one in the future, so another one is being ordered to have for future needs!HIGHLY RECOMMENED! It is packable, easy to use, comfortable to wear. It held my head up when sleeping on a plane, just what I needed it for. However, the foam gets really hot after wearing it for a while. I needed to have air blowing on my face and neck to keep me cool on the plane. I did not try the seat strap system. It worked well without using it. Overall, I recommend this product.

This neck wrap pillow saved my life on two separate 9 hour flights. It kept my neck AND head supported. When I fall asleep on a plane/train/car, my chin and head drop. This neck support 'system' kept both completely supported and stable. Attaching this gizmo to the seat is a brilliant design. It was easy to attach the straps to my seat. Wrapping and attaching it around my neck was a breeze. One improvement: the velcro tabs need to be rethought. I sewed on two extra velcro tabs which helped keep it the tightness necessary to stay supported. I have a small chin that needed a tighter adjustment. A fantastic product!!

I bought into the hype. I was looking for something to use on a plane after not flying for 5+ years and having nerves about it. This pillow did allow me to get sleep, but I don't feel it really had any stand out factor from your typical travel neck pillow. I used it on the window on one flight and decided to try the harness and chin trap system. The person I travelled with commented on how my neck was falling forward the whole time so I'm gonna say the chin stop is gimmicky. Overall it's a nice foam pillow but don't buy it expecting anything life changing. I do like how you can roll it up and that made clipping it to my luggage/storing it in my carry on much easier.

I just used my new Cabeau pillow for 12hour+ round trip flights to New Zealand.I love that the pillow straps to the seat back and provides soft but stable support to my head.I actually slept 5 hours on the front leg and for 3 hours on the return flight, which is unusual for me!One hack I did however, since my neck is not long and the pillow was pressing on my ear lobes... I used two hair ties to compress the side areas that are just under my ear lobes... problem solved.

all the hype it gets in reviews are true. really good neck support. definitely can feel a little tight but that’s kind of the point to its system. the strap feature for attaching to chairs is really nice for true support. really soft and the memory foam is good.

This is the best neck pillow I've tried. It's soft, comes with ear plugs and a chin strap secured into a side flap that holds it for storage and is sewed inside so you won't risk losing it. Outside is washable. Inside foam feels like my 200 dollar gel memory foam pillow. Rolls and stores in the provided case to 1/3 it's size.The pillow comes up to your neck and supports your neck. Pushes your cheek fat and looks a little bit funny, but that's how you know it's working. My head falls only about 20-25 degrees which is totally fine. I'm about 5'10. The chin strap is comfortable enough and if falling forward, holds your head up. Velcro is strong.Won't hold your body up, but that's what the back straps are for in a car or airplane. Material touching your skin feels like velvet.I appreciate how the back is flat so it doesn't push your neck forward.Comes very well packaged too.

I have used inflatable travel pillows before but found them lacking. For some reason I discovered this one and after reading/watching reviews I thought I would give it a go.... It is awesome!! I am travelling a lot on the seated sleeper from Scotland to London and get a little worried that I snore and disturb other passengers - this cushion has a strap that goes under your chin to stop your jaw from opening and prevent the snoring! Plus, once it is strapped to the chair 'wings' it helps keep your head super stable and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!
