Tested these out on holiday in the swimming pool, I took 2 pairs with me and alternated (rinsing in cold water after use). They made going for a swim possible without tampons which I don't like to use. I got to enjoy my holiday whilst feeling comfortable. Would recommend for light and medium flows but haven't been tested with heavy flow yet so couldn't comment.

Holds tummy in nicely, good coverage and look nice. Used as a backup with tampons as periods are heavy but gave me confidence. Can’t comment on absorbency if used on their own but were perfect for what I wanted.

We are on holiday and my 12 year old got her period early. I ordered this product after looking through reviews. She's fairly heavy and wore these pants under her swimming costume. Had them delivered the next day to an Amazon counter!She said they felt very comfortable with no leaks! Saved her holiday...apparently lol!

Bought this as I had a swimming class, 3 days after my period was in. I'm usually a UK Medium, but got a UK large per the reviews. The design is lovely for a swimming bottom but I wore it underneath a one piece for added protection. The fit is attractive and the material is soft on the skin. I would definitely recommend it.

Be careful when ordering. They run very very small. If it weren’t such a hassle, I would have returned them. I ordered the largest size they sold for my daughter who is almost 300 pounds and they didn’t come close to covering her.Update on this order: this is a wonderful seller!! These were awesome I was going on vacation and the just my luck I got my period 3 days before leaving for my trip. I don't like wearing tampons so I looked for a different option and these are what I found. These didn't leak at all and kept me fresh and nobody could tell I was on my period at all. Definitely worth buying.
