Best Brace I have ever owned. Perfect for my carpal tunnel at night
This is the best brace I have ever purchased. The ones I have had in the past eventually wore out due to the velcro losing it's "stick," the dog eating one, and just wearing out with the stitching falling and the material stretching. Looks great! Love the black and pink. Very affordable. Super strong velcro, well made and really comfortable. That little extra padding by the thumb is a great design. Highly recommend.

Worth every penny.
I'm very impressed with the sizing and the support it gives my wrist at night. It's very comfortable and the Velcro is strong! It's easy to put on and adjust. I am hoping this will help my tendonitis problem because waking up in the middle of the night with a numb and painful hand is getting pretty old.

Nice brace but Velcro didn’t hold up long term
I’m an adult woman and I got the Large/X-Large and it fit perfectly. Really liked this brace when I first got it, my favorite feature is the padding that goes on the inside of your hand. It adds a nice pressure to my thumb which feels nice with my carpal tunnel pain, but doesn’t cut off blood flow to the nerve. I’ve had this brace for a few months, I wear it every night to bed to keep my wrists straight to dull my carpal tunnel symptoms, and it’s been doing a great job of that. I haven’t noticed any pain in the last few months. Now to the negatives, when i I first got this brace, the hole where you put your thumb would irritate my skin at the bottom of it, it would rub and chafe it. I started wearing the inside lining of it on the opposite side so it was between my thumb and the bottom of the thumb hole and that worked. Now more recently the Velcro has faded badly enough it won’t close tightly, so it snags on my blankets all the time. I’ll wake up and the Velcro will have had come apart in the night and just sit loose on my hand. Disappointing since it’s only been a few months, but I also understand, because I do use it every night. However I bought a different brand for my other wrist, Zofore Sport, and that Velcro had been holding up nicely so I’ll probably buy that one again for this wrist instead. Overall good purchase though and good price.

These work well!
I have been having severe hand pain lately, due to constant work & cleaning on a fixer upper house. I wake up every morning with sore, stiff hands and fingers. The pain is in the middle of my palms and up both of my middle fingers. I noticed that I have been sleeping with my hands in tight fists, which isn't helping anything. Of course, I know the best thing to do is just rest my hands but, seriously, how can one possibly do this other than at night? I recently got finger splints, which is helping with soreness in two particular fingers, but my hands are still very sore. I decided to try these braces to keep my wrist and hands immobilized at night. I used them for the first time last night and for the first time in a month, I did not wake up with sore, stiff hands. It seems immobilizing the wrists is not allowing my hands to curl up in fists, so the muscles are able to relax. The compression was comfortable and I didn't feel like my circulation was impacted in any way. I am anxious to see how things progress and will update my review when I see noticeable relieve on a permanent basis (how long might my hand issues take to remedy?). One thing to note - The outside of the box says "Free Gift". Hmmm... Well, the box did include a large, pink rubber band, wrapped in cellophane, but there is nothing inside or outside of the box to indicate what this is for. Digging into the Amazon page for this product, I found that this is a hand exerciser band. That's nice but how do you use it?? Instructions would be have been helpful.

One of the best ones
i have either a really annoying sprain or permanent defect in my wrist on my thumb side for over 2 months now. it hurts most when i wake up which makes me think is the cause of it in the first place. sleeping on it funny, etc. i never injured it during the day that i can recall any sort of painful incident, just woke up one day and it never went away. This brace is the first that I can keep on for extended periods of time. it does not swell my fingers. I didn't think it would work so well because, as other reviews have said, it is not very tight and you can still move your wrist a good bit. but it didn't take long to appreciate the method to the madness. It is intended for daily life use. therefore i find it very good compared to other braces, i can still do 90% of the things i need to do around the house and at work. and this is when you notice the support the brace does provide. it's subtle but its there. If you're looking for a full blown compression wrap with purple fingers this is the not the brace's intended function. I would not use it for serious injury. i have not slept in it yet but i might give it a try. it is light weight and almost unnoticeable to wear until you have to use the hand it's on. it also stays cool as advertised, it doesn't sweat. the stitching others have said on the thumb is there, but doesn't bother me.fyi - the reason it is not fully compressed is because the straps don't wrap around the entire brace. the buckles are on the pinky side of the wrist, the straps goes under the wrist, and the velcro sticks somewhere on the under side of the wrist or the thumb side, depending on your size, but not all the way around. i think this is why users report a feeling of un-stable or lack of compression, loose-fitting, etc.
