Great bang for your buck
The case is flimsy, but nice cut outs. As far the mics, I am extremely impressed at the quality.Used for live performances in mid sized venues, and the sound has been awesome. Very satisfied after 30+ uses so far.

Fantastic value
So this kit is just the microphones. You will need a mixer and cables. The kit contains five dynamic microphones and two condenser microphones that can be powered by batteries or phantom power from the mixer. I found the microphones very responsive considering their cost. This is probably not going to be a good set for studio recording but it is quite sufficient for live performance. Keeping in mind that studio mics can go for a couple hundred dollars apiece and you’re getting seven microphones in the set. So you need to have reasonable expectations but considering the price to value quality ratio, this thing is pretty fantastic. I didn’t find any of the mics to generate unwanted noise and their pick up is pretty sensitive. It’s not a MXL, but they are not garbage either. The units all have solid metal bodies and have an excellent build quality. The fit and finish is very professional looking. And each one comes with a drum rim clip or a mic holder for the condenser mics. I’m not really a fan of the style but they certainly work. I tend to get a little bit wild on the sticks so I need my microphones to pull back a little bit or I will hit them. All of these come with an excellent caring case which is something you don’t see every day even for fancier microphones. This is a great set for beginners just figuring out how to record life or perform. Drummers are usually the last people to make up their instrument so it may take some getting used to because the rest of the band has been using amplifiers for a lot longer. The condenser mics did an excellent job picking up symbols and will also work well with percussions such as bongos or guiro wood blocks and and other assorted percussion instruments. The dynamic mics are best use for the drums themselves. One of the common issues people run into with budget or beginner equipment is that it becomes so frustrating that it can discourage people from learning or advancing. This site does not have that problem which is why I am comfortable giving it a five star rating. It is not professional quality but it is certainly sufficient to start you on that path .

Very very low quality sound
Once again buy something from Amazon guaranteed it's made in China and guarantee you it looks good. But when it comes to performance it is definitely substandard. I didn't even use these for 6 months. Probably after I had bought them which was beyond the return window. These are in the trash along with all of my Alexis, those are straight garbage too

Pretty good set of gigging mics.
I think this drum mic set is decent for its' price. All you need for a 5 piece kit with 2 overhead mics to boot. In my opinion, they are perfect for live shows. I don't know if they would be ideal for recording. This mic kit comes with clip-on mounting brackets that clip onto the rim of the drum. I was surprised at how much force it took to get them to attach to the drums, and I have concerns about how long they will last before they break. There is a clip for each mic, including the bigger mic which I assume is for the bass drum, but the clip won't work with almost all bass drums because the rim hoops are designed different than the other drums. A short boom stand will solve that problem. It should also be said that stands for using the overhead mics are not included as well as cables for all the mics. The provided case is alright. It doesn't look like it will take a lot of abuse. It is sleek and sufficient and should be handled with care.Sound quality is good. There are more expensive microphones on the market, but these are good value for the money.Overall, I would recommend this mic set.

great value, good sound
These Debra mics are incredible value for most drummers out there who are gigging as a hobby and not as their full-time job. These mics are encased in metal and come with drum mounts that work fine and stay on my drums. Cables aren't included, nor are stands for the capacitive mics for the cymbals. I'm still using my Shure mic for my snare and hihat, but these sound good comparatively. And I love that they included a nice metal carrying case to protect them. I retired from gigging and use these in my home setup for recording, but I might need to consider it again!
