Definitely Not stainless steel. On day 5 after quitting vaping and although this simple device has helped a great deal with my restless hands and psychologically puffing on it. You can see from the photo it is already rusting. The seller is either ignorant of the material sourced or lying about the quality.

I bought this breathing necklace to help me stop vaping. It takes some getting used to (timing the breathing) but I can see how it would give me something to do instead of vaping. The shape is nice and the chain sturdy.It’s much better quality than the 2 pack I bought for my partner and hopefully it will help me replace a nasty habit with good old air!The packaging wasn’t amazing but it didn’t really need to be and the item arrived quickly, which is what counts!

No resistance on the drag unless you partially cover the end with your finger, so not the best as a vaping substitute.
