Product is good, no question on the quality of Hitachi. It's clean & elegant design, powerful inverter technology. Just two issues - Battery is not included and plug is not provided. For a 33K AC why Hitachi is not providing a plug? In other countries the same brand provides them but why not in India?The main problem is with installation. The installation is outsourced to franchisees and they target customers for milking unjustified money from them. Spare parts are almost double / triple the cost what you get on Amazon. Even if you buy them separately, they will not entertain you. It's MUST that you buy from them for an enormous price.Overall my installation costs me 7k which according to me can be done in 2-2.5 k from outside. So I'll recommended you think about this and then decide if it's worth it or not. The average estimated installation cost would come up between 7k to 9k (according to these technicians estimates as they told me the same)Suggestion to Amazon team to come up with some protection from customer from this unjustified charges otherwise customers will buy from offline stores. The cost benefit Amazon is providing to customers is getting diluted by these enormous installation charges.Final thoughts, If I would have to buy another, I'll probably go for offline stores because it's overall less than Amazon.

It’s only a month and this AC is already leaking water ….. initially I opted to receive the delivery next day and paid 100 rupees extra and it took them 4-5 days to deliver a AC

Had ordered three Air conditioners from Amazon (Two 1.0 ton and One 1.5 ton )It was mentioned batteries for the remotes included but was missing in the package! Otherwise the air conditioner is super great as always is a Hitachi
