These actually work!!!
I have bought many different types of tweezers to remove facial hair and/or splinters. It seems I’m always having to take several times to grasp the hair and pull it out. These work on the first pull and do the job! I love the flat base angle and the strong metal used in construction. It makes the grip so much more effective; hair comes out on the first tweeze. Yes, they are more expensive, but they are such a good product. I’ll be buying another pair to keep in my purse.

Best Tweezers
These are the best tweezers I've ever gotten, they can get the finest of hair. But they are sharp, so need to be careful. But I would buy again, definitely a good value.

Can you love a pair of tweezers? Because I do!
You know that hair you can feel coming in on the corner of your mouth, but you can’t see it? It’s a whisker (yes, a wisker, because I’m hitting THAT age), and I must remove it, but no tweezers ever can find it to pull the darn thing out, until I found these. I don’t know if it’s the straight-on approach angle or the fantastic grip, but they attack a hair and it’s GONE. I would buy these again and again. Seriously a great tool and wonderful for those pesky hairs that want to hide and not be pulled out. 5 stars!

This tweezer can grip!
I waited to write this review until I used the tweezers a few times. I am a 60 yr old, post-menopausal woman who has the one stubborn coarse hair the grows out the side of my neck. I've tried a number of tweezers, usually the ones on the shelf at the drug store. None of them could grip that stupid hair. While I debated spending the few extra dollars to get this one, it was well worth it! I've used it at least 4 times with success every time!! Even when that coarse hair was just a little stub aggravating me!

Most tweezers are terrible! Not these!
Ok… y’all ready for an honest opinion of these beauties? First, I’ll say that I have very fair skin and really dark hairs. The dark, course ones showed up on my chin of all wonderful places a few years ago. It has been a nightmare trying to find the best removal method. My process has been a grueling and time consuming one… not to mention highly embarrassing to eradicate or at least make them less obvious!I tried every Tweezerman they made, I’ve tried $75 Swiss diamond coated pairs and brands from grocery store to Sephora. The biggest problem has been that the hairs I’m dealing with are extremely short and strong. Almost bolted down into my skin. I could usually only pluck a few of them because they would break off with tweezers or they were too short but still visible and “feelable” just beneath the surface of the skin. It is humiliating to think that anyone could notice my 5:00 shadow and I feel like a circus freak. After meticulously plucking what I could with three different pairs of tweezers (daily), then frustration set in and shaved the rest. But then I’m left with the black dots under my skin that are very noticeable and many times the shaved over hairs begin their 5:00 shadow at 3:00 and what isn’t readily visible can be felt by anyone who touches my face, hugs me or brushes against my chin accidentally. No joke! I’m so self conscious about the hairs seen through my skin that my next step to rid the evidence is to then individually try to squeeze the pores that contain black spots to rid the follicle of what’s left. It’s the one thing I can’t ever ignore or skip each morning, even if I forgo the makeup routine. Every morning, I would spend an hour in the magnifying mirror trying to unsuccessfully get every last hair out with little results. Total PITA. Thank you so much Mother Nature! Ugh!Needless to say I have been on the hunt for the miracle tweezers that don’t exist. Because pulling hairs out at the root is the best way to win the battle. These tweezers are a LIFE CHANGER for the soon approaching menopause, PCOS & hormonal imbalanced ladies in the house! Truly. They grab the shortest hairs and easily pull them out. They don’t just snap off the hair and rarely miss the shortest ones.I don’t think they’re ideal for eyebrows because of the larger tip with straight shape, but they get nearly every hair I can see or feel. I’m still paranoid enough to shave my chin after using these, but they do the difficult job that no others I’ve had can handle. Some of these unspeakable chin hairs are white (lucky me!) and those are also no match for the tweezers! If you have a fast growing, course and thick area of hairs to remove, these do that! Sure, they miss one now and then, but more often than not they pull out the root leaving at least a couple of days where my plucking seems to be reduced.I wouldn’t recommend them for lighter, softer, finer hairs, because I feel there are others that do that well. But I’m so happy I tried these as my last resort to joining the circus as the bearded lady!
