Okay so firstly, this product runs small. I checked and re checked my waist and the size guide and I still got stuck with two waist supporters that are too small... For now. I'm not gutted because I'm on an intense excersize, diet and fitness plan to get back in shape following kids and medical issues. With that in mind, they'll fit eventually and even the most toned of women like to have some security for those 'bloated days'.I ordered two XL trainers (being a 16 on top at the moment) and to be honest, a 2XL or 3XL would have fit better. To test the strength of them though, I squeezed Into one to try it... I have to say, it was comfy it held me in brilliantly and even though it was technically too small, it wasn't uncomfortable at all. The whole thing held together brilliantly, no gaping or splitting etc. There was obviously some bulging at the top, just below my bra and below just where the trainer finished but this was simply because it was a size too small and my body had nowhere else to go, nothing to do with the trainer itself.I certainly wouldn't want to excersize in these, but they're great for under blouses, and other garments to give you a sleeker look. The eyes and hooks are well stitched in and so hold well but they're not gonna take extreme strain (hence me waiting to wear mine)If you want a tummy trainer that doesn't cost the earth, is comfortable and does the job, try one, they're definitely worth it and I shall definitely be making use of mine once I have lost a little more weight.

The product is great and comfortable in the materials that they use making it stretch excessively without breaking on you.

It looks like good quality material, however make sure you measure the length of your torso before ordering.I am 1.75cm tall and the 9.8 inch length is too small for me. I ordered size L which fits well as I'm between size M and L. I wear it for a few hours (6h) and had no issues, was quite comfortable, even forgot about it after a while.

I was initially devastated that my waist trainer didn't fit me. Perhaps if I had looked into the sizes more, and measured myself, it would've been the perfect fit. I issued a complaint, and it was handled in a very swift, professional manner.What I will say is that, in my experience, the waist trainer is very strong, and the wires ensure that it is very shapely. I'd imagine the the materiel is very good if you intend to have this as shapewear, rather than the usual latex waist trainers that are more suited for weight loss and exercise.Although the material is thick and strong, the air holes would definitely serve as a benefit if you were to wear it under clothes.Also, if you're tall-ish (5ft 7) and have a long torso like me, with quite a chubby stomach, I'd advise you to make sure that you possibly order a size up, or are at the very least, are entirely sure that the size you order will fit you, so you don't make the same mistake as me.Perhaps I'll keep mine around for when I shed a few pounds, or I'll just lend it to my sister.

This is great as a first waist trainer. Easily adjustable, breathable fabric you can wear all day.I would buy again.

Tried it on as soon as it arrived and ahhh snatched is an understatement! Sucked my waist in so well definitely be wearing this literally every time I go out

I'm a regular size 14. I ordered the 18/20 size to be really comfy and still give a nice line under my dresses . It was so small that I couldn't get it round me at all, let alone fasten it. The spiral wiring is flimsy and bends about every which way so I couldn't see what use it would be, even if it had fitted. It's hilariously bad 😆. Sent back for full refund, pending. Couldn't comment on breathability, comfort or stretch as never actually wore it

What can I say? It does it's job, it's comfortable to wear, even while driving, and it DOESN'T make me sweat in the summer, like some other ones do....

Waste of money...it roles down easily

Ich habe nach der Geburt meines zweiten Sohnes eine Rektusdiastase und zur Unterstützung bei meinem Sportprogramm ein Mieder gesucht, das nicht zu sehr aufträgt. Ich bin mit diesem sehr zufrieden. Es stützt etwas, ohne einzuschneiden oder so etwas. Positiver Nebeneffekt: Man sieht etwas gleichmäßiger geformt aus ;-) Meinen Taillenumfang reduziert es jetzt nicht wirklich. Habe mit und ohne Mieder nur einen Zentimeter Unterschied. Aber dafür habe ich es mir ja auch nicht gekauft ;-)Die Größentabelle passt gut, ich habe derzeit 81 cm Taillenumfang und habe mir Gr. XXL bestellt. Die passt perfekt. Ich kann sie auch auf engster Stufe zuknöpfen.Die Stäbe gegen Aufrollen des Stoffes drücken auch im Sitzen nicht, sodass sich das Mieder bequem anfühlt.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden!
