These caps are easy to swallow. They have no taste or discernible odor. I have experienced no stomach upset, burping or gas after taking. I have noticed an increase in my energy level. I do not like that there is no expiration date on the bottle.

I chewed on one to start it off and felt all right afterwards with my brain being smart enough to strafe a bombastic review... wait, that almost sounds like the mushrooms are working! You don't know the power of the mycelium side!!! I started to take a few days off of this stuff though after about a week of taking it in, because the effect was noticeable and a bit too much for my body. The bottle comes sealed with a strong aluminum seal, so it would be good for years of storage, if not decades, considering it comes super dry in capsules and the whole container is sealed. I did not see any expiration date on the container, only some code on the bottom that may or may not indicate expiration but one would have to contact the manufacturer to even find out about that if that be the case.Note: Approach consumption of this kind of product carefully. Some people report of having brain fog and gastric discomfort after taking these type of mushrooms. Taking two days off a week from taking these products would give your body time to recover, rebound, and stabilize. As always, if you encounter too much discomfort stop using the product for awhile or cut down on the intake amount. Consider the source of the product as well, because mushrooms suck up from the ground what they are fed with.

High quality organic Lions Mane mushroom supplements. No issue with taking them however I don’t like that it had no date on the bottle for expiration. I came back here and it says good after 3 years of the batch. Well you have to look up the batch number and then? That’s too much complication for customers. Put on a expiration date.

I really like Lions Mane for my brain! I take it all the time so I can usually tell if a product is decent quality of not...I was a bit nervous about this product only because the label looked really homemade and gave a feel of a cheap product. However, i opted to suspend my preconceived bias and give it a try.I found it to be surprisingly good quality lions mane. I found a distinct and noticeable improvement in focus/clarity.So there you go - a good reminder that you can't always judge a book by its cover!
