Comfortable and well made for the price.

Easy to put together, thick seat cushions sturdy frame and utterly beautiful!

I give this company 4 stars despite one issue. But before I get to that, I must say it’s a good quality product, looks nice and it’s very comfortable. Not very easy to assemble but eventually I made it. The only issue I had is one of the back cushions was smaller than the other. I reached out to customer service and was told that the cushions are vacuum packed and I must wait a few days for them to expand, which is not the case. None of the cushions were vacuum packed. There was plenty of air and space in their plastic packaging which I proved by taking pictures before opening them. However, the company went above and beyond to satisfy unhappy customer. The communication is excellent, we stayed in touch, they’ve sent me two more cushions plus one seat cushion (unnecessarily) on two separate occasions, unfortunately both back cushions were of small size. I’m keeping two small cushions, because as I can see, I have no choice. Apparently they don’t have another one big size back cushion, despite the fact they sell this set in only two sizes. I appreciate all the effort, though. Overall I recommend this product, comfy and solid 👌

Received quickly and very easy to assemble. Comfortable to sit in and would look lovely in anyone's garden.

This set was a little tricky to put together as some screws would not catch. The supplier compensated me for using my own screws and i am grateful they worked with me, because i am delighted with this garden set.The chairs are very comfortable and look really chic , really really pleased.
