Hey I can't remember, I bought an assortment set of O rings from aircraft spruce and specialty and picked the one that fit best, I don't have that set with me now otherwise I could be more exact.

Q: Does this tank come with a dip tube inside

No. All you get is the valve that is pictured. I believe this is for delivering gas only.
