Bad quality printing & Missing stoppper parts
Bad experience. Don't buy. Think before buy.1. Missing anti slip stopper (8 Nos.)2. Printed guidline for exercise (back, shoulder, chest and triceps) also missmatch/wrong.3. Printing quality of colour band (red, yellow, green& blue) also worst.I requested for replacement to Amazon.(Particular for this item amzon clearly mentioned, this item most of time replace for this seller).

Useful basic home gym equipment
While the quality of plastic engineering and the product finish qualify for a good value product, I have a couple of recommendations that follow from an extensive engineering background. One is the use of M4 nyloc nuts in place of the plain nuts used for assembling the two halves together, the nuts can become loose and fall off in transit itself! The other is a soft grip on the handles to cushion the palms when in use.

Best setup for home workout
The media could not be loaded. This Pushup Board For Men by Bodyband is the ultimate home workout setup. This board is best for for beginners as well as for intermediste lirters to make the workout little interesting. It has various grip on board. The board and the handle are very sturdy and it has rubber caps which ho below the board. It doesn slip while using. And the different angles enable me to target many muscles. it's perfect for my home workout. Totally recommended.

Terrible QC
The board was assembled wrong. This is bad QC. There are 3-4 components to check and even that does not go through QC. I cant fix it because the nut is too small and the gap is very narrow.
