I have not used this supplement before, but I am working to increase my muscle tone and keep to a healthy weight by a regimen of exercise and low fat diet. Burning fat is more difficult during winter months, so I thought a supplement, such as this one may be useful. I am giving it a neutral rating, because I was not able to see any difference after taking it. But one person's experience is not a good way to assess the value of any supplement. I would still recommend that you try it, if you find the purported benefits desirable. If it works for you great!

When I first opened this supplement made by SRW labs, you notice an attention to detail. There is an informative pamphlet that explains what this supplement is designed to do, along with tips on how to best pair calorie intake while taking this product. The packaging exudes that care went into making this supplement.Now to the supplement. There are 30 sachets in the box. They are a powder form, that you mix with water, and drink. The supplement mixes well, and tastes really good. Similar to a sports drink, citrus flavor.This supplement goal is to help the body ability to metabolize fat, and support muscle health.I have been taking this every other day this winter, and have not yet noticed any significant changes in my overall energy levels, but I have noticed I seem to burn more fat from my body after workouts at the gym.I have lost 5 lbs over the last month from working out more regularly, and I could possibly attribute a small percentage of the positive effect to this supplement?I love the taste, and the easy of mixing this supplement, along with all the great information inside the packaging, but I do not like that the cost is relatively more than what I would typically use towards purchasing a supplement. Because of this, I do rate this 4 stars.Perhaps a serious calories from protein diet, and this supplement would really work to help loose weight?I’m starting that journey, and will report back with an update.Thank you for reading my review.

I'll be honest, this stuff is pretty dang expensive for a daily workout drink powder. I've not noticed a huge benefit in terms of an improved workout, but I do seem to feel a bit less winded afterwards. It's a bit subjective, so I'll keep after it for a full month and see if there are any noted improvements over a longer period of time.

My husband and I have both tried this product. As we are middle-aged, we want to keep muscle and lose fat so exercise and try to eat healthy as much as possible. Winters in the Midwest are the hardest for me in January and February for exercise but I am working on it. . .And trying this to help keep the muscle and lose the fat. Both my husband and I think it tastes good. I am just not sure if it is working yet but I think it takes a little time and consistency.I like that this product is made in New Zealand. It comes with a product booklet and is nicely packaged. My only complaint is that it is a little high for our budget to purchase again but we just may do that and give it another month to try it more.

This drink mix has a light Lime flavor that is refreshing and delicious! I really like that each serving is individually packaged and easy to open, making it ideal for on-the-go. I threw a few in my purse so I have them when I need them. Just add it to your bottled water, shake, and drink. It mixes completely without any clumping or settling. When I'm home I do perfer to add ice to kick up the flavor a notch. I've noticed when I drink this that it really does help to keep the cravings away. In fact, I really don't have an appetite after I drink this (I can eat but not because I feel hungry). This mix is delicious and definitely a welcomed addition to my weight loss journey.

I'm a fan of HMB for maintaining lean muscle mass. I take it either just before or post workout to maximize retention of muscle while promoting further growth. The additional ingredients are a plus, but I'm not sure they make the high price worth it. The powder mixes easily and the mild lime flavor is palatable. I managed to break my left femur in July, and recovery has been a bit of a challenge. Due to complications, I was in bed for about 8 weeks. During this period i lost a great deal of muscle. In an effort to aid in recreating the lost musculature, I went on a quest for a supplement.I really appreciate the inclusion of a small brochure telling about the product and dosages. Most helpful.Since this appears to be aimed at the older crowd, of which I am a member, i do like their effort to educate.Rehab is going far better now -- I can actually walk now without a cane.I am pleased.Good product
