I acquired this watch on September 20th, and I've only had to charge it three times since then. It's an outstanding timepiece. The dial size is just perfect, and it boasts a range of excellent features. Highly recommended!

Have been using this product since last 6 months, it has been performing great with no issues. Dial size and look and feel is really good. Battery sustains for 3 days with normal usage. Overall very good smart watch.

I was delivered a GTR Mini that was Dead on Arrival. The display just didn’t work; not on raising my wrist and not in pressing the button on the crown. Escalated to Amazfit who promptly showed that they were better at the vanishing act beating even Houdini in the process. They don’t just not respond after realising that it was within the 7-day replacement window, they went a step ahead. They did a reverse pick-up of the watch AND THEN they completely stopped responding. Talk about the perfect murder.My suggestion to anyone who’s foolhardy enough to consider buying Amazfit; DON’T. Just spare yourself the trouble. You might as well donate that sum to a local charity and look at the trusty wall clock.

I have lost my charger last year while I was on tour. Since then the watch is idle. I could not able find a charger. Is it worth for Rs. 10k product that once the original charger is lost you almost ended up losing 10k. Any idea where i can get the charger please

The watch is very premium and looks good. But it's overpriced at 11K, should atleast have sapphire crystal glass and a brighter display. Its not that much better than watches you get around Rs. 2-3K.
