From the advertised picture it shows it should be a horizontal radiator.The bleeding valve is at the top, pointing upwards, so that indicates to me it's not supposed to be a horizontal.The radiator doesn't get warm, so I contacted the sellers, and they advised I need to break something inside the radiator, which allows people to use it horizontally, so you need to put a pipe into its valve to break something in ther, which apparently allows you to use it horizontally.I originally got a plumber to install it, then paid him again after the sellers told me of the instruction with laughter from the plumber as they have never needed to do something like that. So I paid them again to take it off the wall, make sure it dsnt leak all over my floor, break the item, and hook it back up, again had to pay him to come out.Guess what, it still doesn't work. I have been back and forth with the sellers who just repeat the same thing and are really unhelpful!!Unless you want to buy a radiator which you need to assemble at home like a IKEA furniture, then if strongly suggest to stay away!! But at least after you assemble IKEA furniture you can use it, this radiator unfortunately still dsnt work!!

Nice looking radiator. Heavy at 47kg. Plumbers said the short steel wall bolts supplied with the wall brackets just pulled out of the wall. They used much longer screws and plastic rawl plugs. The radiator has been running for a few days now but is not heating evenly and does not produce anywhere near the claimed btu output! Have been in touch with the supplier about this and they advided to insert a metal rod to break a baffle thats installed inside, to enable the radiator to be installed horizontally. This would involve another visit by the two plumbers to drain the heavy radiator and remove from the wall to access the baffles!!This vital piece of information is not evident on the item description or specification despite the supplier claiming that it is!! I would caution against buying this product!

Item arrived earlier than stated. And I had a question that was promptly answered by the seller and resolved my issue.
