Gerber1st Foods Bananas, 2-Count, 2.5-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 8)

I ordered this and had it arrive in the month of February, but the baby food shows it expired on January 31st. I am disappointed that I have to throw it all away and there is no refund or replacement option for the item.

I know the price varies for stage 1 foods but sometimes they are a lot cheaper on amazon then in the stores. I wasn't sure how many were in the package so I decided to just buy one. There are 8 packs of 2 in this package so for the price, you are getting 16 containers. I personally wasn't sure if I was getting a great price or paying slightly more then if I went to the supermarket. I like these gerber containers of baby food. It's easier to get the food out, they do make some organic varieties, and you seem to get almost double the amount of food for the same price as jars. If you only use half the lid snaps back on easy like a desposible food container.

I purchased this product for my recovery from my tooth extraction surgery, having learned I'd have to eat soft foods.My mother only fed me this specific Gerber as a baby, and who doesn't love bananas? I had to buy it. I'm well after my tooth extraction surgery (went well, thanks for asking) and am still enjoying these, constantly. Ugh, these are absolutely great.Gerber, not just for babies (but don't tell anybody, it's pretty embarrassing).

Baby food is baby food, you typically understand what you're buying when you go to purchase it so i won't droll on the details of it. Excellent deal when compared to the local stores, nearly half the price of my local area. Case of 16 resealable tubs, so there is never any waste and the packaging is solid when it arrives to ensure no cracked or broken tubs.

These are great for keeping on hand when fresh bananas are not available, and great for taking on a journey or when soft foods are a must. The taste is mild and fresh, and not just for baby, too bad they are not being sold on Amazon lately. Were a staple to be kept on hand, hopefully will be returned to the Amazon for purchase again soon!

No baby, I buy it for myself...I've been eating Gerber all my life, great tasting finely mashed bananas, portion control, convenient.
