Well built! Beautiful machine, only problem is mounting. This machine is fairly heavy, around 55 lb. Mounting with anchors in wallboard wasn't going to work for me. I wanted lag screws in studs so that meant having to drill my own mounting holes and positioned it to center on two adjoining studs 16 in. apart.

Love this dart board. Was hard to mount because brackets are only 22 inches long and they expect you to hit 3 studs. That's not happening with U.S build standards. The games are definitely fun but not many U.S players online, they were all Chinese names.

The board is heavier than I would have expected. I really appreciate the mounting system that was provided and it was simple to hang on the wall. I had a couple minor issues with the board and worked with customer service to get the issue resolved. The board doesn't support 5g but that's totally ok with me. They were very responsive to my questions and helped me figure out what was going on.

This expensive dart machine looked awesome on the site. We purchase but it took a little while to assemble the brackets and know what screws to use because there is no manual with this device. The "instructional manual" is for the games. When we did have to use the game manual, it was a bit difficult to understand. I did ask a question regarding increasing rounds on a game and they did respond (Willdarts). Machine is heavy so it's a 2 person job when hanging on a wall or stand. The touch monitor is a good size but it is easy to add a TV using an HDMI connection. The only thing is the LED lamp sits right on top of the "20" and for my husband, he thinks this should be raised a little more but we couldn't because the bracket is installed a certain way. Also, the LED lamp came bent (the actual light. Not the bracket).

We love this dartboard! It’s a great addition to our outdoor living space. The games keep us coming back for more! The graphics are good, love the big screen!We had to buy different hardware to hang the dartboard as it wasn’t strong enough. The machine is very heavy and solid.

Great board. But I got one that had issues with the screen.i tried every way imaginable to contact seller for repair or exchange. Nope. Only recourse was to return and purchase another which I reluctantly did. BTW Amazon has really been no help on this either. It’s been a month and the return shows that it’s been received but I have not received a refund yet. These are expensive items and I would think that the company would be more responsive. I really hope the new one does not fail after the 30 day return period because it looks like I will be left hanging with my experience, or lack of, with customer service with willdarts and Amazon.

First let me be clear, this is a nice board. The build quality is very good. It has a good "feel" and by that I mean solid hits, and it doesn't feel like cheap plastic was used. It is arcade quality. The ability to hook to a TV is great and there are good sounds and graphics.As my title says there is room for improvement on the programming side. I've sent a note to the manufacturer and hopefully if they get enough feedback they keep developing their app (I encourage other customers to email them). I'm pretty sure it runs off Android and I think a lot of the things they should do would not take long. For me the big things are:More players. Currently it's capped at 4. Not horrible, but still would be nice to have a larger group play if they want without needing to do partners.More games. They have a number of game options but they are missing some standards like Burmuda, Gotcha, and normal Count-up.More stats. It would be nice to have in-game stats (like MPR in cricket) and expanded post-game stats. The info is all there.Those are the big drawbacks but they all seem erasable with a decent programmer.
