This high-quality, good-looking tap is well designed and versatile, offering the now fairly common pull-out capability that allows you to get the water exactly where it is needed. Once you've tried it a couple of times, removal from the bracket and subsequent replacement are easily done with one hand (the left, for right-handed people). The tap also has a useful spray option, which for example helps minimise water usage when rinsing.I had the tap fitted with the lever at the front, not on the right as shown in the product pictures: this was to avoid it hitting the tiles behind, but apart from that I prefer the resulting side-to-side operation over the standard back-and-forward.A kitchen tap is the kind of fitting you'll want to last as long as possible and be easy to use. This one gives every impression it will be durable, and is a pleasure to operate. So if it costs a bit more than some seemingly similar products, in my view the extra is worth it.

Perfect sleek looking pull down tap. Lovely tidy looking take with adjustable spray. We had a weighted pull down hose before this and didn't like it. This has a lovely black flexible hose and is great quality.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing quality tap! Stylish stainless steel design that looks great in our newly decorated kitchen. Has two functions, standard tap and jet. The powerful water outlet can be altered easily using the the tap handle. Is easy to change between functions. Water runs smoothly with no dripping or residue left behind. This model was fairly simple to install and was ready to go. Would definitely recommend. Looks great and works great!

This tap was easy to fit and I like the three different flow patterns The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the spray head is on the large side, not as sleek as it looks in the pictures on the website. It does however function perfectly well, so will be keeping it despite its looks

The main part of the tap is good quality metal with a nice brushed chrome/steel finish. The tap spout is plastic and could be considered a little ‘cheap’ in feel. The functions on the tap are brilliant with good flow.. I will be so happy if this tap last it’s brilliant ..

The media could not be loaded. Nice looking tap with brushed steel finish but the internals are plastic which I found out when having to replace the supplied tails which were leaking. Suggest checking the tails are tight and not leaking before tightening the tap in place. We live in a hard water area so don’t expect the unit to last long but the boss will probably want something different by then.

We’ve been using this tap for the last 6 months.It’s well made and the flexible hose and spray settings are really useful and help with reducing water consumption.

A very good product. This product seems well made. I've had no leaks as yet. But be aware that the base of the tap is wider than the top. This caused a bit of a problem with the tap not sitting flat on my stainless steel sink. I did notice this before l bought the tap, and it did cross my mind that this could cause an issue. I combated this problem by using a wide washer, to raise the height of the tap above the joint of the sink. The washer it came with was redundant, as l could not use it because l could not fit the over flow in, so l used that washer. Any old wide washer off an old tap would probably fit. The tap sits flush on the sink now. You will need a tap sink reinforcer to firm the tap up on stainless steel sinks. Fortunately, one is supplied with the tap, though. Also with the tap being made from stainless steel, it has a much lower lead content than brass. This is another reason why I recommend this product.
