I love this stuff!! I use this to make a drink called the RL Stine, as well as green apple lemonade. Note that the 3/4 OZ syrup per 16 OZ of liquid is probably an overstatement... I would recommend using 1/2 OZ at that ratio. The flavor is definitely very strong. Less is more.RL Stine Recipe:-1 part Dragonberry Rum-1 part Peach Schnapps-1 swirl (maybe like 1/2 oz) of syrup-Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice-Poor over some more ice, as the alcohol will melt the ice in the shaker a decent amount-add Sprite and squeezed lemon juice to tasteGreen apple lemonade recipe:-16 OZ glass of lemonade-add 1/2 OZ syrup-Stir, or shakeI'm sure this bottle will last me forever, but if I run out I will likely be ordering more. I can see this being used for many other drinks, alcoholic or otherwise.

I've used a lot of syrups for coffee, Italian sodas, cocktails and boba tea. Monin is the best due to the variety, reliable level of quality and using actual sugar instead of gross fake sugar. This is one of my favorites. I don't think it would be very good for boba tea, but it's decent in coffee and can be good in certain cocktails, but it's great for Italian soda (syrup, bubbly water and ice). Can be just as good with still water too, and goes with just about any type of food, unlike most flavors of syrup.

Pretty good flavor, sweeter than tart. I will enjoy it.

My daughter just graduated from teaching college and we had a 'signature' mocktail at her graduation party. We made "Teacher's Pet" with sparking lemonade, with a T of this Granny Smith syrup. We added a spiced cherry on top. It was so yummy and had a fun twist. The flavor is bright, and fresh and DOES taste like apples.
