Overall the product is great and very easy to use (thanks to James Hoffman's video about the Moka pot) only negative thing was that the box in which the pot came was a little broken but the main pot had no damage so I am satisfied with my purchase

DO NOT BUY.Extremely poor quality, cheap aluminium, claimed to be dishwasher safe but is not - dark grey deposits everywhere after putting in dishwasher. Crude finish. Likely a rebranded cheap Chinese piece of junk.Best part - when I brought up these issues with the seller, the response was "I suggest you buy a Bialetti"!!! Unbelievable!

We have been using Moka coffee makers for quite some time. As our old product’s lifetime ended, we decided to get a new one. The only criteria was a fixed mesh at the bottom of the top part of the appliance. After some research, we decided to buy this one. It hasn’t disappointed us.This product is very sturdy and makes fresh coffee decoction in a matter of minutes without compromising on taste and aroma.Well worth the buy. Go for it.

Makes a good brew with nice aroma & taste.Build quality isn't upto the mark as the handle broke off and now can't cover it or take it off stove without gloves or mittens. 3 stars for that or would have rated higher.Gauge of aluminium or bracing should be stronger around the lid and handle area. Stuff that's used over a flame should be built better! No brainer.Otherwise, a decently good product for the price.
