This is now my family's favorite for muscle aches after a workout, achy joints or soothing when feeling under the weather or the monthly gift. It remains warm for a very long time but reheats quickly. The soft cover keeps the hot silicone from burning skin and possibly helps insulate and hold heat. This is the new hot water bottle, I highly recommend.

2nd review 4 stars: prompt and polite customer service. They offered a refund but since I want the hot water bag, I asked for the charger and also received an additional complementary pink cover/bag. As compared to my old hot water bag, this is lighter, slightly smaller and less hot although that could be because I was feeling it through a extra layer of cloth. Small cons: it actually makes some small sounds like it’s actually boiling?…pokes at bottle… okay so you definitely don’t want to try it without the cover because it’s definitely boiled and is still releasing the new plastic smell that new products have. Also the charging light is underneath the charger so it can only be seen on one side and not from above or the other side. When fully boiled, it made a small click sound and auto shut off…not sure what will happen if I leave it on and the water bag cools, if it will recharge.Initial review 1 star: While the description of this product does not explicitly say that the charger was included, all the other reviews I have read seems to include it. What I received was a sealed plastic bag with the soft cover and the rechargeable hot water bag inside with no charger.

Around 10 minutes to fully heat up. Lasting for longer than 5 hours inside house. So useful.

I got this for my partner when she has painful cramps and she really appreciated the size and discreet charging port.The bag is also really soft against skin.

I love it! Wish it was a little bigger

It's been less than 3months since I bought this and it's not heating as hot as it used to be anymore. It used to be heated up so hot that you might get low temperature burn if you put it on your stomach right after it clicks, but now it's just a little warmer than my hands and you need to hold it for a while to feel its warmth. :(The review I wrote 9/21/23 :I thought it might be a bit small when I saw the product description, but it turned out to be the perfect size for my stomach or lower back (I'm 5′ 3"). It only takes about 10 minutes to fully heat up, and the warmth lasts for at least 5 hours, perhaps even longer if you tuck it under your blanket. This little gem works wonders in relieving menstrual pain. Plus I love the fluffy cover! It somehow manages to provide not just physical comfort but also emotional relief

But I did not buy it for the color. This thing is HEAVY to put on your body. I wanted it for convenience but it is anything but convenient. Returning it!
