Waste of money
Idk what this is, but it had no lip plumping effect. Not even a tingle. I purchased it because of someone in tick tock, I see that was a mistake. All it is is lip gloss.

False advertising, this does not plump your lips. Steer clear from purchasing this!! Waste of money and can’t even return it.

It smells terrible, I am not the sensitive to smells but this just seriously stinks and it does absolutely nothing.
