So far it’s efficient but still needs time
It seems to be useful as I applied it then sprinkled with water after the spray has dried the water droplets formed and stood on it without penetrating. But still need time to see how long the results last for.It’s quite easy to use but remember to use it with good ventilation as the smell stayed for a while. It is transparent without changing the original grout colour. So the finish is natural. As I just bought one for trial and find it quite good maybe next time will buy a larger pack which will be more bargain but still it is value for money.

Easy to Apply and Effective
I had seen a professional bathroom fitter using this product. So, I decided to use it on my new tiles around a shower/bath. First, I masked off the acrylic bath using newspaper and a dust sheet.Rather than apply and test for water resistance up to 3 times, I applied the product 3 times - leaving 3 hours between applications. All you have to do is keep the spray sweeping across the tiled area. Don't pause or you will probably get a curtaining because you've over applied. After drying, there was no staining or marking of my tiles or grout. Even the feature strip of mosaic (glass in this case) didn't show any staining or marking. When you spray water over the treated area, it dispels the water with a "duck's back" effect. Make sure the room is well ventilated because the solvent smell is powerful. In summary, it is easy to apply and makes a marked difference to water resistance.

Good at first wares off
Really pleased when first used but it’s effects quickly wear off and not comfortable regularly using as not sure if it will end up damaging tiles or grout

Easy to use and does the job
As other reviews suggest, this does have a strong smell so you will need to wear a mask and keep windows open. Other than that, this is an easy product to use. I sprayed the grout on my bathroom tiles and left it to dry. I didn't even need to wipe off any excess. I think if you have glossy tiles, you are more likely to see a residue. I'm not sure how long the bottle will last, I expect to be able to do the ensuite and utility floor as well though. Easy to use and much better than painting with a brush!

Better than not using but I'll going to try a different one next time
This product is easy to apply once I had cleaned the grout, although I did need to do it on a warm day so that I could leave all the doors open as it does smell a lot.I had no residue left on the tiles which surprised me as it's not easy to be accurate with the application (a spray!).I only did half the area to see what effect it had and I'm not really convinced. The treated area has stayed cleaner but it isn't completely clean. I will seal the rest of the floor but think I'm going to try another product.
