The best book on honey
Fantastic pictures, recipes and some info on bees for others that aren’t beekeepers! Tremendous.

Beeautiful book
Bought for my husband's birthday as he's a beekeeper, and it was a great present. Other spouses of beekeepers will know that it's hard to find something non-gimicky to buy them, and most books recycle the same old thing, but this book of recipes and beekeeping lore was just stunning to look at and so interesting to read. Smoked honey! That's a new one on us! Loved it.

Not much honey!
As a beekeeper, I was looking for a book that would inspire me and help me use some of my honey in cooking. This is a lovely book with very nice photos and a good overview of bees and how honey is produced. However, the honey aspect of many of the recipes was minimal and many recipes were very ‘goody’ using ingredients which I don’t have in my store cupboard, like black limes, deggi mirch, gochujang paste. It’s a nice coffee table book but for me, not a useful cookery book.
