I am updating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. And I have worked long shifts nearly every day, all summer! I was able to make it all the way through my shifts each and every day! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I have ordered other big brand names even more expensive. Upon putting them in my shoes with no cutting, I have experienced immediate relief. Honestly I am pleasantly surprised and ordered another pair. Thank you for a great product and value. Sincerely. My feet have been in some pain for quite awhile and these insoles are a great relief and that is an awesome thing.

I've only been using these insoles for about a week, but I work retail. So my shifts are anywhere between 8 to 9 hours long. These are quite comfy in the heel and forefoot, providing good cushion while having a medium firmness. Good arch support as well if you're flat footed or don't have much of an arch. My lower body instantly felt better as far as pain relief is concerned as well, switching from my old worn out insoles.The only negative remark I have so far is the top cloth material seems a bit loose and bunches up sometimes. It's also slick, so my foot slides around a little bit regardless of what socks I wear.

Very nice great quality insoles, fit my shoes perfectly without trimming. Heal cup is very comfortable with great cushioning and support. Have tried several other brands and these are my favorites. Will be buying for other shoes.

Nice product but didn’t work for me. They made work shoes comfortable for walking, but I had arch pain when standing still.

I've only had these for 11 days, but so far these have been great. They were extremely comfortable from the start. The first day I wore them all day at work without any issues at all, even though they recommend only wearing for a few hours at first.My boots came with some decent insoles originally, but the top layer had started to delaminate and was balling up under my foot. The real determining factor for these insoles will be how long it takes before the same thing happens to them. Will update if/when it happens.For the past 2 years, I've been trying different brands of insoles that claim they are specifically made for working on concrete. (around $10 to $20 range from products available at WM) While all of them have helped with impact absorption and comfort, the top layer always starts to let go after only 2 to 3 months of use. Once that starts, they are junk to me because I don't want to step on a ball of fabric all day long. I'm hoping at this price, these will last considerably longer than other brands...

Great insoles. Have given much relief and comfort. So glad that I bought them.

Very comfortable insole, feels well made and provides solid support while also feeling cushy. But I have the issue others have mentioned and that’s the odor they produce. I don’t have smelly feet and these make my boots smell bad. It’s a sour chemical smell and for that reason I will find something else.
