Having two cats who like to scratch my brand new sofa & occasionally urinate outside their litter trays I did my research in cat repellents & how effective they are.This one had the best reviews as well as being the best value for money! 👍It’s a natural essential oil with 5 ingredients/scents which cats don’t like… citronella, Lavender, peppermint, orange & coffee.There are three different options which you can buy…• Ready made up bottles.• An empty bottle with a separate bottle of the essential oil which you make up yourself by just filling the bottle provided with water & adding 12drops of the oil then shaking well. Or• The essential oil on its own.I went for the oil with the empty bottle & have found it brilliant so far! 👍The areas need to be sprayed twice daily but you can make up loads of bottles from the essential oil, & the spray is a fine mist so drys quickly on furniture & doesn’t leave any oily marks or stains.It’s early days & I’m sure my cats will still have times where they try to scratch or urinate in unwanted places but I definitely think this is the most effective repellent out there & sold at a great price in comparison to some brands! 😁

Doesn't work don't waste your money

When my new flatmate moved in with her two adorable cats, I was excited to have some feline companions around. Both cats were incredibly friendly and cute, which made the initial days quite enjoyable. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that they were shedding fur everywhere, even in my food and utensils. As much as I loved these cute cats, the constant fur situation was starting to get on my nerves.In an attempt to solve this issue, I decided to purchase this spray and applied it generously throughout the kitchen. To my surprise, the cats stared at me from a distance, and then they both dashed off into their room. I heard precisely four distinct clicking sounds, and I had no idea what had just happened .The following day, my flatmate tells me how they moved to Italy. Each of their suitcase had two clips! It turns out the cats had packed their bags and moved to Italy! So, my advice is to use this spray in moderation unless you want your furry friends to embark on an unexpected international adventure.

Bought this to try and stop my cat clawing at my sofa, sprayed it on yesterday and so far i haven’t caught doing it! It was packaged lovely and smelt really good too.

This was a waste of money for me. It didn't work at all. However, the seller has refunded the full cost.

Was bought because in advert it mentions dogs but, or I got the wrong one as in the package and bottle mentions only cats, or it doesn't work with dogs as I have for a few months already, still use it but with no joy

Having to keep your back door closed to the garden during the warmer weather because of a rogue cat. I needed something to stop him!! What a waste of money...said cat still walks into the kitchen and lifts his tail.....the smell doesn't seem to bother his sense of smell as a warning to GO AWAY...NO...he just walks right on in....and up goes that tail..grrrrh.Conclusion...this stuff does nothing to deter...like it claims. Pretty darn annoyed if truth be known....I don't own a cat..they just naturally find me rather fascinating...can't say the feeling is mutual when their calling card leaves rather a nasty pong in the house even though I like cats in general!! The search for a deterrent goes on.....
