I have been ordering Hot Hands Hand Warmers every several months for years. These are the new.Super Warmers, larger size. And walking with them in your pockets, I don’t find them as good as the small ones, the contents shift to one area and bunch up., Not good at all. smaller size Hot Hands warmers contents remain intact.

I have spasms in my back which are very painful. I use these with 3M Medipore H tape to affix them to my t-shirt over the painful spot. It is amazing how much difference it makes. Don't tape them to your skin though because they are powerful enough to burn you.
