You have to wait exactly 24 hours before using the next strip. I've found out the hard way that waiting less than that results in teeth sensitivity that lasts all day. I've stopped using it now for about 2 weeks because the sensitivity and pain got to be too much. The thing is, it doesn't hurt while you're using it; the pain sets in later, usually the next day. But it really does whiten. So decide if the sensitivity is worth having whiter teeth, for me it wasn't.

I have tried other brands, less expensive, and always come back the the Crest Classic Whitening Strips. The best!! They get the job done! I only use them for special events, 30 mins and I'm done. They are gentle on your teeth and do whiten! Highly recommend!

Bought these bc I saw a youtuber try these and I gotta say they do work. I admittedly didnt use them for a solid week in a row bc I left on vacation with family but even with not using them consistently ive noticed a huge difference. My teeth only ever felt sensitive twice that ive used them but if you follow the instructions you will be fine. 100/10 would recommend. I didnt finish the box and im already happy with my results. My teeth’s color has definitely improved… way more than I thought they would with these strips. They aren’t slippery and gooey either. They stick to your teeth perfectly and you can keep talking while they are on without constantly swallowing that slime. No one can even tell they are on. Can’t recommend these enough!
