Used it after rhinoplasty to keep head elevated and prevent from turning to sides when sleeping. It's great, really cute design, comfy, right size, right softness/firmness. I like that it closes with buttons, personally seems more neat than straps like other pillows have.Haven't tried on plane yet but seems like a good pillow to travel with

I ordered 3 of these. They arrive in a black bag and expand when you take it out. It's genuine memory foam. The foam has been treated with formaldehyde (this is normal with all foam to stop it going mouldy while they are storing it). The amount was not significant and I easily off-gassed them by wiping the foam with a washing up sponge made wet (not soaked) in white vinegar. I let it dry for one day. If it just smells of vinegar, wipe with lemon juice (either from actual lemons or from a bottle) to get rid of the vinegar smell. Sometimes they need a second dose of vinegar. Hanging them over a metal rack is best. If you have a walking frame at home, this is perfect. After wiping with lemon juice, the foam shouldn't smell of anything. The neck cushions themselves are brilliant. Very soft, especially the top part. The button at the front is useful. The top pieces at the back cradle the back of the neck/head. My mother (in her 90s with neck OA) is using hers, pregnant daughter grabbed hers from me and I have fallen asleep in mine.

Used on a recent long haul flight and fount it very comfortable, although it would have been better if it could be adjusted around the neck as it was quite loose and moved around. Very easy to pack away, lightweight and didn't take up too much space in my bag. Great value for money.

I think it's great! It's very soft and does its job during travel, but then you can fold it into a fifth of its volume to stow it away in your hand luggage.

My experience of this neck pillow is slightly faltered by the fact that both the pillow and the head rest on my economy seat on my recent 14 hour flight (which I bought the pillow specifically for) were both fighting for space behind my neck, causing it to be less comfortable.However, saying that, if you were to use this neck pillow in a seat where the current design is not going to intrude and push it around, then this pillow is fantastic. It is very plush and comfortable, as well as still being breathable and not making you feel claustrophobic (which the beaded and normal fabric neck pillows seem to do with me). The fact that it is able to squash down into a very handy sized pouch is fantastic, as I just tied it to the side of my backpack handle on my recent trip and it was always there when I needed it. The memory foam also makes it more supportive, but also a lot softer - if those are even both possible at the same time! As long as your use case for this (and for any) neck pillow is in a position where it won’t be restricted from resting where it needs to, then this is definitely a worthwhile purchase.
